Wenham Carter is partnered with a cutting-edge firm in the warehouse automation space. who are seeking a leader for their Sales and Marketing function.

They have pioneered a market leading autonomous solution for Warehouse Automation and their diverse client portfolio spans Retail, E-Commerce, 3PL, Food and Pharma.

As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you'll drive revenue growth as a player-coach through expanding the businesses current client portfolio initially though direct sales with a vision to establish a global distributor network as part of the role.

About You:

• A minimum of 5 years in a sales role.
• Strong communication skills in German are required and English language skills are preferred.
• Background in automation/robotics (hardware) sales within the logistics/intralogistics sector.
• Hands-on approach with customers.
• Analytical mindset with CRM proficiency.
• Skilled in relationship building.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Marketing experience is a must have.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Track record of success in sales and marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.

Salary:

The annual salary for this role is between €100k-€135k/year.
