Northern Gear and Machining is Hiring a Production Control Manager Near Muskego, WI
- Responsible for review of all customer schedules, customer POs, shipping coverage, and reconciliation with Job Boss.
- Communicate to customers when lead times cannot be met and establish new dates.
- Start production jobs as needed bases on customer schedules and inventory levels.
- Manage outside vendors for cost, scheduling, and proper turn around.
- Establish and coordinate the production schedule for shop with the other shop supervisors.
- Work with Sales staff as necessary to meet customer requests and PO Acknowledgements.
- Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their job responsibilities including completion of performance reviews, training, and managing employee issues in coordination with Human Resources.
- Enforce all process, procedures, and policies.
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Planning and ability to think ahead.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
