Family owned screen printing & embroidery company is currently hiring for a Full Time Client Success Coordinator who is goal orientated and self motivated. This applicant will be responsible for maintaining client and vendor relations and performing a variety of administrative tasks, including welcoming customers to our shop, scheduling, answering phones and sales support. The ideal candidate would have experience working in an office or restaurant environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing were required. Must have a positive attitude and be great with people. We are a small company but have high expectations of the person that gives our client a first impression of who we are.

Responsibilities include

- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party

- Answer the phone in a timely manner and give basic information to start relationship with client

- Work with our operational software to enter/update orders and schedule orders

- Create purchase orders for goods and order goods from vendors.

- Schedule meetings with sales team for interested clients

- Respond to clients via email and phone with general sales information, order status’ and follow up questions.

- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management and see them through to programs completion.

Experience with MacOs operating system, excel and basic management software would be a plus. We are constantly updating our technology at our shop so being comfortable with learning new things is important.
