Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction projects and possess strong organizational skills to support project coordination and management.

Duties
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation
- Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met
- Utilize construction management software for project documentation
- Support construction estimating and bidding processes
- Review building plans, cost reports, and change proposals to assess impact on the project schedule and identify ways to reduce cost
- Collaborate with project manager to facilitate smooth project execution
- Maintain project files and documentation accurately

Experience
- Previous experience in a construction-related role is preferred
- Proficiency in construction management software like ProCore, Prolog, or Primavera, Excel is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective project coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
