Robert Half Legal is partnering with an industry leading, global corporation located in Naperville that's seeking to immediately hire an Employment Counsel with at least 3-5 years of experience to join their in-house legal team. This position will counsel leadership on all aspects of daily employment-related issues, including hiring and termination, accommodations, discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wage and hour, as well as employee investigations. The ideal candidate will have a mix of employment counseling and litigation experience. This position is paying between $150-170K. In addition, this position offers a phenomenal WFH schedule, only needing to come into the office 2x per month.
