SALON LEADERS have full day to day responsibility to lead and manage a team of professional hair stylists, which includes: working behind the chair, coaching stylists, providing excellent customer service, and operations oversight.
SmartStyle by Yar Cuts is a leading salon franchisee, with 36 Salons, throughout Florida that give Stylists the opportunity and resources they need to turn their passion into a paycheck!
As a company, our top priority has been the investments we make in our Stylists, our Guests, and our Salons. During this difficult time, Yar Cuts has taken our strong financial position to focus on how we can excel for the future of our team.
