Healthcare Support is Hiring an Ultrasound Technologist Near Natick, MA
Daily Responsibilities for Ultrasound Technologist:
- This role incorporates all the technical skills associated with ultrasound, including related clerical and service duties.
- Performs ultrasound studies, including limited vascular studies, as assigned. Performs routine maintenance of equipment and maintains exam suites in good and appropriate order.
- Obtains and reviews patient's clinical history and related patient's test reports. Performs related clerical duties as needed.
- Shift: 9a-5:30p or similar. 40 hours per week which includes weekend availability.
- Must be a graduate of an AMA accredited ultrasound program or equivalent
- Must be certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- Must be competent to perform ultrasound exams on newborns, children, adults, and geriatric patients, meeting all department guidelines
- Must maintain all required continuing education credits and licensure during employment
- Must be BLS (Basic Life Support) certified and maintain this certification during employment
