MetPlas is a CNC machining and fabrication company located in Natrona Heights, PA. The company’s primary focus is non-metallics (plastics) and non-ferrous metals. The company seeks aggressive sales growth within existing and new markets across North America.
Job Summary
The Sales Manager position is responsible for the performance of the Sales Dept including the management of personnel, goal setting, travel and drive to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop a sales team to find new customers and markets
· Visit customers and prospects
· Set Sales Goals to be monitored and reported
· Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
· The ongoing training of salespeople
· Monitor and report on quote activity
· Manage usage of a CRM for sales activity documentation
· Promoting the organization and products
Requirements
· Honesty and integrity
· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
· Experience in customer relationship management
· Ability to travel 50% of time
· Competitive and self-driven to meet goals
· Present and articulate sales results, goals, markets and outlook.
Education and Experience
· At least 5 years’ of sales experience in the CNC machining/fabrication industry.
· Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent of education and experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
