We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to work with our network of dealers, distributors, and outside sales representatives. This position is based out of our New Bedford, MA headquarters. As a small business, there is potential for role expansion based on your interests and skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer and outside sales rep’s orders.
• Answer customer questions via phone and email regarding:
• Product lead time and pricing
• Order status, tracking information, returns, etc.
• Manage existing orders and communicate updated lead times to customers.
• Receive inventory in our ERP system.

Requirements:

• Inside sales experience.
• Knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems.
• Strong writing skills.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Confident phone personality.
