CCARC is Hiring a Residential Manager Near New Britain, CT
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the home, including working one weekend day per month.
Role Overview: The Residential Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, direction, and supervision of our Residential Program. This includes overseeing the care of our residents, managing staff, maintaining our facilities, and staying current with trends and information related to services for individuals with disabilities. The ultimate goal is to maximize the potential of each individual in our care.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of disabilities, or High School/GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of disabilities.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience managing a residential setting, particularly in behavioral homes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and intermediate computer skills.
- Must obtain and maintain all required trainings.
- Management Experience
- Medical Certification
