Seeking a Clinical Pediatric Nurse Manager to play a pivotal role incoordinating resident care delivery, recommending, developing, and implementingpolicies and procedures. Leading the team, the Nurse Manager ensuresoperational excellence in collaboration with staff and the interdisciplinaryteam. Upholding Rutland Nursing Home’s Mission and Core Values, the NurseManager fosters an environment of dignity, respect, and courtesy for residents,families, and colleagues.

Brooklyn's unique blend of cultural richness, diversity,and community spirit makes it a dynamic and appealing borough within thebustling metropolis of New York City.

Compensation: $123,500 - $133,500

Qualifications:

· Graduate of an accredited RN program.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

· Acute or Long-Term Pediatric Experiencepreferred.

· Nurse Manager/Supervisory Experience preferred.

· Ventilator experience preferred.

· Licensed and currently registered as aprofessional nurse in New York State.

· Current BCLS certification.

· PALS Certification preferred.
