Position OverviewAs our Regional Director of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network's reach and enhancing occupancy rates across our 11 facilities in Minnesota. Your focus on fostering connections and driving growth will ensure that our residents continue to receive high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales strategies for our Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities.
- Cultivate existing relationships and engage with key stakeholders regularly.
- Drive sales growth in your designated region to meet established targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams in other regions to optimize overall performance.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining business relationships.
- Knowledge of sales techniques specific to Assisted Living and Memory Care.
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated success in sales within the Assisted Living and Memory Care industry.
- Previous experience in multi-site sales is required.
- Ideally, a minimum of five years in an outside sales role.
- Regular commuting and travel within the region.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as necessary.
- Residency in Minnesota is mandatory.
