1. Process and upload daily customer refund checks to bank (BNY/JPM) to void
2. Review positive pay WF/BNY/JPM/Client
3. Lockbox check application and research if needed
4. Lost paycheck replacement request
5. Provide check status and void AP/claim checks per request
6. Set up customer account
7. Download bank statements
8. Monthly closing journal entries
9. Monthly account reconciliations
