Salary: $110,000 to $160,000/year Depending On Experience
Potential to bonus up to 15% annually
To Be Successful In This Role You Would HaveCompleted an Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
Current Oregon RN license
BS Degree, Masters’ Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of professional management experience in related field
Outstanding leadership, clinical observation, and assessment skills
Excellent computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members
Current CPR certification
