Heritage Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Training Manager Near Newburgh, IN
- Facilitate team member training sessions (in-person and virtually) inclusive of new hire orientation, position and product specific training, and all supporting compliance, and procedural knowledge.
- Observe, develop, implement, and coach Retail Delivery and Virtual Banking employee performance by clearly establishing and communicating lending products, sales, and service quality expectations.
- Delivers new employee, sales and service technique and product and service training as assigned.
- Stays current regarding new branch training trends and shares those with the retail leadership.
- Train retail delivery lenders to actively cross-sell, capture and make qualified referrals for additional loan, deposit and fee income products and services.
- Partner with Retail leadership to develop and implement relevant and proactive training curriculum for the achievement of organizational goals.
- Manages and delivers annual product and service training to all staff members.
- College degree
- 4 years of sales and service training experience.
- Proven Sales leadership skills: ability to history
- Excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge of various training methods such as lectures, on-line, on the job.
