Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Synchrony Health Services located in Newland, NC. As a PT/PTA, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing evidence-based therapy to patients, conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, implementing interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Empathy and compassion for patients
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation
• Continuing education and professional development in the field
