Duties:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to students based on their individual needs and learning styles.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and other assessments.
- Provide feedback to students and parents on student performance and progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and any concerns or issues.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- Experience working with children in a school or daycare setting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject area(s) being taught (e.g., Math, Physical Education).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
