Position Overview: As a Senior Designer, you will lead design projects from concept through completion, demonstrating a high level of expertise and creativity in residential and hospitality design. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, guiding them through the design process, making key decisions, and ensuring their vision is realized with precision and style.

- Must live in Southern California or be willing to relocate. This is not a remote position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field - preferred
- At least 10 years of professional interior design experience, with a focus on luxury residential and/or hospitality projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other related software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
