The human resources manager position consists of planning, directing, and coordinating all the organization's human resource management activities to maximize human resource use and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, policies, and state and federal compliance. As a function supporting a government contractor, the HR Manager will oversee multistate federal contracts and work to extend best practice support to all employees. While the position is based in the Hampton Roads area it will call for presence in the Virginia area on occasion.
