Riverside Health is Hiring an Annual Giving Coordinator Near Newport, VA
OverviewManages and implements digital strategies to increase annual giving. Responsible for creating and executing digital campaigns, analyzing donor data, and engaging with donors online to drive giving. Works closely with the development team to ensure digital initiatives align with Foundation's overall fundraising goals.
What You Will Do
- Designs and deploys email marketing campaigns that coordinate with annual giving direct mail efforts. This includes creating compelling digital content to engages donor and drive online giving. Creates and monitors all online giving forms for foundation campaigns. Monitors and analyzes donor data to identify trends and opportunities for increasing giving. Implements A/B testing strategies to optimize fundraising campaigns and communication tactics, ensuring that messaging resonates with donors. Maintains a digital fundraising calendar, including email appeal deployments, employee giving, stewardship communications, and event invitations.
- Ownership of Foundation social media platforms. Creates and deploys social media content for Annual Giving, Special Events, and other Foundation initiatives. Engages with Foundation social media audience and increases overall engagement on platforms.
- Provides detailed reporting and analysis on digital deployments, including but not limited to email campaigns, social media initiatives, and website performance. This involves tracking key metrics such as engagement and conversion rates to assess effectiveness of digital strategies.
- Supports internal Foundation initiatives on digital platforms including Special Events, Campaigns, Third-party Fundraisers, and other initiatives upon request. This also includes collaborating with the Development team to integrate digital strategies into overall fundraising plans.
- Partners on regularly updating Foundation website content, including all Foundation pages for the Development teams, as well as all giving forms linked to the website.
- Ensures the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of date within digital platforms and its coordination with the restive information system.
- Bachelors Degree, Marketing, Communications or related field (Required)
- 2 years experience in digital fundraising or marketing, preferably in healthcare or non-profit setting (Required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Experience with donor databases and CRM systems preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare and Virginia's philanthropic landscape helpful
