Car Wash Cashier

Responsibilities:
● Customer Service & Sales: We have automatic pay stations at each location and your sales responsibilities are limited to assisting customers. This includes informing, educating, and selling customers of our monthly car wash plan and other wash packages. You will be responsible for the prepping vehicles and safely guiding cars into our tunnel and on the car wash track.

● Site Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining the site of your employment under the direction of management. These tasks include but are not limited to; cleaning, emptying trash, equipment upkeep, and simple repairs when needed.

● Simple Inventory, Auditing, and Reporting: Cashiers are responsible for basic reporting such as counting the cash in the register, making deposits, counting the number of coupons accepted, and number of gift card products sold each day. Cashiers may be asked to check chemical inventories as well.

Requirements:
● Must be able to work a flexible schedule

• This includes weekends, some holidays, mornings, and or night time (up to 8:30 pm)

● Must be at least 17 years old
● Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
● Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
● Must have a valid driver’s license, a vehicle, or a consistent form of transportation.

● Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent preferred (GED, trade, etc)

• This is not required for part time employees.

● Customer Service Skills

• This includes engaging with customers, greeting customers, performing sales

(selling unlimited plans).

• Giving customers a safe and memorable experience.

● Must be able to work as a team and communicate with management.

● Preferred Customer Service, sales, or car wash experience.

● Basic Skills and Knowledge

• Computer skills, reading, writing, communication, and basic mathematics.

Note: Training will be provided to the right candidates in any areas in which they do not have experience currently.
