Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Operations Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

Duties:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Work with installations teams to ensure material deliveries and that they have what they need.
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the quality of projects being installed

- Assist the Operations Manager in completing of smaller projects.
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs for installation teams
- Provide support in resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Help maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficient in Google Drive and similar products
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
