Service Manager Requirements (Does this describe you?)
- Ability to manage a team up to 6 employees.
- Hold meetings and morning huddles.
- Hiring, training, and policy procedure management.
- Operate and assist service advisor with daily sales activities.
- Maintain sales and profit objectives.
- Maintain complete customer satisfaction.
- Off the chart phone skills and customer service.
- Ability to make a sale through honesty and integrity.
- Kick-ass knowledge of how to use a computer.
- Ability to create service orders, estimates and quotes for the best customers.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
- Show confidence and have the ability clearly educate about the requested service on the repair order - Some automotive knowledge helpful but not required.
- Coordinating parts ordering and follow-up appointment with customer.
- Love ongoing Training provided to help you succeed in aspects of the above.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Professional Experience with customer service and management.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle repairs.
- At least 18 years of age.
