Job Description:

Seeking a Field Service Technician that serves the Gaming Industry. This is a technical position focused on video slot machine troubleshooting, repair, & maintenance.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform the repair and maintenance of video slot machines.
• Troubleshooting, replacing, and installing parts on electrical video slot machines in accordance with gaming regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Responsible for cleaning gaming machines; including inside and outside components.
• Follow casino policies and procedures when working on-site at the facilities.
• Record keeping and tracking of parts used, on-hand inventory, and return of bad parts.
• Effectively and professionally communicate any issues or problems with machines to proper personnel.
• Assists with machine upgrades, installations, and removals as needed.
• Produces reports for time, mileage, and inventory in approved reporting procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Minimum of one-year basic electronic skills.
• Computer skills to include trouble shooting, component repair and networking basics.
• Travel and occasional overnight stays required. Must be willing to travel.
• Operate in a team-oriented environment working with other team members and customers to ensure each job is complete.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to be flexible and resourceful in a high pressure and fast paced work environment
• Communication (Oral and Written)

Physical Demands:

The associate frequently is required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance. The associate must be able to lift, move, and control 550 pounds with the aid of dollies and tools; able to lift and move 40 pounds short distances without mechanical aid and frequent lift and/or move 10 pounds.

While performing standard duties associated with the position, the associate will be exposed to a smoking environment noise levels ranging from quiet to loud. The associate will also occasionally be exposed to adverse weather conditions. Working conditions also occasionally consist of moving and working around the customers of casinos.

Qualifications, Education, and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be able to pass a Federal and State Background Check.
• Will be required to apply for Tribal Gaming licenses to work with various casino locations and tribes.
• A valid Oklahoma State Drives License is required.

Any offer of employment is contingent upon the completion of a pre-employment drug screen, a review of your background investigation, and if applicable, the approval of any necessary tribal gaming license, granted by their respective gaming commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
