- Assist in managing firewalls, VPNs, and LAN connectivity

- Support Mac OS and Linux systems
- Utilize Jira for issue tracking and resolution
- Conduct software troubleshooting and provide solutions
- Maintain office equipment and ensure proper functionality
Experience:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field
- Familiarity with desktop support, firewall management, VPNs, and LAN configuration
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Linux, Jira, and office software troubleshooting
