Responsibilities- Prospects for new business by following sales leads from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Develop networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Educate and advise clients with an upbeat, positive demeanor.
- Property & Casualty License Required.
- 3 years insurance sales experience required.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
- A team player who is self-motivated and goal oriented.
