A.T.N. Inc. is Hiring a Logistics Coordinator Near Northbrook, IL
We are a wholesaler based in Northbrook, IL, seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team. The Logistics Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through our supply chain. This position requires a strong ability to multitask, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Plan and execute logistics schedules, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and customer orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Prepare and analyze reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assist in the implementation of logistics-related projects and initiatives.
- Commute to warehouses if needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred) or proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role.
- Preferably proficient in ERP, CRM, inventory & logistics software and systems (e.g., NetSuite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

Pay: $45,700.00 - $57,741.00 per year
