A Psychotherapy company looking for qualified clinical staff to provide Trauma-Informed Therapy to clients looking for services.

We provide psychotherapy for a wide range of issues with a specialization in treating all forms of trauma. We primarily work with clients through the patterns, adaptive (to survive) coping styles, and trauma responses that get in their way. We intentionally focus on creating a co-regulative, nonjudgmental, collaborative, and safe (enough) space, to allow each person to open at their own pace, bringing connection, curiosity, choice, agency and compassion.

We support clients as they become better able to self-regulate, soften their strongest protectors, and live in a felt sense that includes love, compassion, agency, and hope. A broad range of tools support the development of skills and techniques to create new neuropathways. Clients, with support, may develop an ability to bring presence and a sense of connection and well-being, that allows the intentional movement in their systems, into a range of different embodied states.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 5 or more clients, that are referred to you from Liminal Horizons, PLLC
• Actively engage in learning and opportunities for professional growth
• Maintain active status as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Social Worker
• Maintain HIPAA Compliance for all clients, communications
• Keep timely notes
• Ask questions, seek supervision and consultation from peers and in a formal group and individual setting
• Maintain Professionalism and appropriate boundaries with clients, and learn our current client management systems.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Work, or Equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Masters Degree or equivalent in training and experience
• Polyvagal Informed Therapy is a plus
• Child and Adolescent Therapy and/or Adult Therapy
• Bilingual is a plus
• Ability to Co-Regulate with Clients and Staff to create a comfortable, radically welcoming, safe space
