Service Leaders act as day-to-day leads within the Hannaford To Go department. With support for and from the Hannaford To Go Supervisor, Service Leaders ensure the department operates efficiently and provides an exceptional customer experience.
Service Leaders give direction to Expeditors and Shoppers while also operating, hands on, within those roles as needed. As a leader, Service Leaders role model the
service excellence we expect of all our associates. Through direction and attention to operational detail, a Service Leader ensures customers receive an exceptional experience during every Hannaford To Go transaction.
As a Hannaford To Go Service Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day includes
the following :
Lead the Hannaford To Go Department operations in accordance with established department
standard practices, in the absence of the Hannaford To Go Supervisor.
Support excellent customer service and goodwill by role modeling and providing high standards in
customer service and sales building.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
immediate attention given to refrigerated and other perishable items.
produce merchandise carried in the store, including differences between varieties of similar
classes of products (, apples, lettuces, etc.).
protect company assets at all times.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
