We are seeking a Payroll Manager to join our team. As part of our management team, the resource we are seeking will play a key role in strategizing our business improvement processes as well as helping manage the payroll & HRIS technology client relationships. Additionally, this leader will be responsible for direct reports, offering administrative and subject matter expert support to the consultants on our team as well as serve as an escalation point for our clients. The role also includes responsibility for direct project work and support to clients.
The job duties of our consultants include identifying the client's business needs, actively providing best practices, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions.
