Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Norwalk CT. This is a full-time contract of 3 months with possibilities of extension or conversion to permanent opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Position: Phlebotomist

Shift: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Duration: 3 months Contract with possibilities of extension

Location: Norwalk CT

Pay Range: $19 - $21/ hour W2 without the benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills.
• Committed to all Policies & Procedures including Company dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.
• Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Must demonstrate Superior Customer Focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors, and patients; ability to accelerate and embrace change; and knowledge of our business.
• Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience. One( ) years phlebotomy experience preferred.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
