We are looking for competent Caregivers to care for our residents in a professional and compassionate manner. It’s an often demanding job as you are caring for others. But, it can also be very satisfying and rewarding, since people who are elderly are thankful for high quality assistance. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Shifts

We are hiring for full-time Day (06:30am-02:30pm) and Evening Caregivers (02:30pm-10:30pm) and part-time Night Caregivers (10:30pm-06:30am). Caregivers are usually scheduled to work during the week and every other weekend.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
