Summary :

Uses predeterminedmethods inspection operations and prescribed specifications tovisually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit cardassemblies IAW IPCA610 & IPCJSTD001 requirements.

Role will incorporate instructionsdrawings or inspection instructions and checklists variousmeasuring devices (dial indicators preset micrometers scales etc)to visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing andindustry specifications including IPC and related referencedocuments and standards.

Required Skills :

Must be able to work under amicroscope

Minimum 2 year solder / visual Inspectionexperience or in lieu of quality inspection 3 yearsmanufacturing / soldering experience of ElectronicAssemblies.

Minimum 1year conformal coating experience

Detailed and process oriented proficient at interpretingdrawings diagrams parts lists navigating and understanding IPCstandards revision control reference documents and workinstructions.

Team playerwith strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with PersonalComputers.

Interfaceseffectively and diplomatically with all levels of manufacturingwhen addressing quality defects.
