Job Description

Position: Loan Processor I

As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for providing clerical support to Lending Operations personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and file electronic documents according to established procedures.
  • Utilize checklists verify the completeness and accuracy of loan documents against the system.
  • Review departmental reports and take appropriate actions as needed.
  • Assists members by answering questions such as, but not limited to, titles, lien releases and loan activity.
  • Promptly and professionally handle requests, inquiries, and issues.
  • Accurately perform daily activities to support the Lending Department.
  • Other tasks or projects as assigned by the Lending Operations Manager.

We are looking for:

  • Previous clerical experience working with Excel, Word, and navigating systems.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail.

Schedule:

  • Hours are generally 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week.
  • Position will be located at our Homer location.

The expected pay range for this position is $15.00-17.00/ hour. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other types of compensation. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
