- Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, or a medical specialty
- Current MA licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator with at least 5 years’ experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Master’s Degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, or a medical specialty preferred.
- 5 years of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Long Term Care Medicaid and Medicare regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in cost reporting and budget compliance.
- Experience working within a nonprofit is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Experience interacting with patients and the community needed.
- Strong leadership skills required.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of the aging process of the body to treat patients.
