Description :

To assist Vice President in facilitating all marketing & sales activities. Individual should be a creative self-starter with a passion for food / cooking (or a foodie ).

• Provide copywriting & design support for social accounts, managed through Hootsuite
• Create original content and seek out partnerships for our blog, newsletters and social media accounts. Stay relevant on B2B marketing trends
• Conduct press outlet research and assist in gathering media contacts to pitch including support with crafting pitch letters to editors
• Build community engagement with customers and influencers while building brand awareness
• Brainstorm marketing concepts and campaigns, work to execute them
• Support with creation of marketing newsletters and maintenance of Mailchimp and WordPress database
• Manage and Support in creating a PR / Social Media outreach plan by facilitating information to outside marketing agencies
• Design social media posts and write commodity reports for monthly newsletter
• Help design internal and external company documents, including updating sales decks, presentations,
• Assist with driving sales and pitching to new markets through research
• Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms
• Develop an action plan to steadily increase followers across all social media platforms.
• Creates internet presentations to educate and empower customers with information and knowledge about industry trends, company services, etc.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Research & Development, and Quality Control to support Sales & Marketing initiatives.
• Assist with the planning and preparation of trade show and conferences.
• Support sales efforts through facilitating sample requests and follow-ups
• Support securing reservations and / or accommodations when needed
