About the Position :

F acilities clerk is responsible for the following duties :

• Receiving and processing work orders and security requests.
• Maintaining a computerized record of completed work requests and an inventory of assets.
• Handling administrative tasks such as data entry for purchase orders and inventory control per DPO.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities.
• Generating work orders.
• Generate reports and meeting minutes
