RESPONSIBILITIES OF A RN Night Supervisor:
- Supervising staff
- Oversee care practices of nurses and CNAs
- Work cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
- Adjust and dispense patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
- Perform all routine responsibilities under the direction of the DON
- Complete other duties at the discretion of management
QUALIFICATIONS OF A RN:
- Must have an active RN License
