We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the chiropractor and providing exceptional patient care. Experience is a plus but not required, we will train you!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs, and recording medical history
- Provide excellent patient service, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the office
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing payments
- Assist the chiropractor during adjustments, following their instructions and providing necessary support
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, restocking as needed

Skills:
- Strong patient service skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems or willing to learn

Monday 9-noon, 3-6

Tuesday 3-7pm

Wednesday 9-noon

Thursday 9-noon, 3-6

Please note that all positions at our clinic are paid positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
