Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships and proactively follow up as required.
- Exemplary phone etiquette with a professional and compassionate approach
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Learn to address all policy-related inquiries.
- Thoroughly document all client interactions in our management system
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to daily success
- Maintaining a high level of client retention through client onboarding and annual reviews
- Ability to obtain Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, active listening
- Enthusiastic about phone-based customer support and assistance
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Strong task prioritization skills
- Basic computer sills
- Highly self-motivated
- Up to $50,000 per year (DOE)
- Health Insurance Stipend
- PTO
- Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Hybrid work model available, subject to discussion and agreement
Salary: Up to $50,000.00 per year
