Blue River Resources is currently accepting applications for a Land Administrator with an extensive knowledge and understanding of land work pertaining to the oil and gas industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to internal staff such as the managers, project managers and contractors as well as communicate with and assist external counterparts, operators, owners, etc. on an as-need basis
- Maintain and monitor land and contract information within the company system
- Record leases in database, file deeds/leases and handle other various land related documents
- Must have an understanding of various land documents including but not limited to title opinions, conveyances, assignments, pooling affidavits and purchase and sale agreements in order to support all phases of land evaluation and due diligence
- Help facilitate projects for multiple clients as well as collaborate with other roles within Blue River Resources to accomplish various tasks
- Review pooling and spaces documents, affidavits, title opinions, leases and similar documents in order to analyze and calculate working interest, net revenue interest and ownership from non-op working interest properties
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with immediate deadlines
- Be willing and eager to assist on projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Must be reliable, self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
