Nestled on 40 acres in NE Oklahoma City, our headquarters is the home of creative, highly motivated professionals dedicated to provide the most innovative and high quality medical products in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Buyer who will be a key contributor within our Purchasing Team!

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records. 

Responsibilities

• Purchase all goods and materials at the lowest cost, considering the guidelines of prices, service, quality and delivery
• Source suppliers who are capable of yielding products and/or services that meet or exceed the requirements of the company
• Process modifications to terms and conditions of purchase agreements
• Maintain records of materials ordered and received
• Review and process purchase orders
• Contact vendors for RMAs for defective or non-conforming parts or shipping errors.
• Work with internal teams/departments regarding problems, needed material, quality issues, etc.
• Create new part numbers in MRP/ERP along with bin locations and reorder information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
• 3-5 years experience with Epicor ERP, preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• 3-5 years purchasing/buying experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
