VNA Home Care Services is hiring for a PER DIEM Medical Social Worker (MSW) Position:
The Visiting Nursing Association of WNY is recognized as the very first VNA in the United States. Medical Social Worker (MSW) Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work. One (1) year experience providing patient/client counseling. Current licensure to practice as a Medical Social Worker in NYS. Valid NYS drivers license.
****$60 per visit and $25 for training office work*****
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 per hour
Ability to Relocate:
