Omni’s Nutrition and Wellness Center is seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join Omni’s team! This is a Contract position with a salary range starting at $50-65 per hour based on experience. The candidate will function as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide primary care and medication management to Omni clients/families by conducting evaluations and formulating and carrying out treatment plans while working as a member of Omni’s treatment team. This position requires the candidate to coordinate medical care with other professionals including Omni clients’ primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and specialized medical practitioners. Omni is looking for a candidate who can effectively establish rapport with the clients/families and maintain daily records of time and service activities while maintaining confidentiality and ethics. The hours are part-time and will include 1 weekday per week in office and availability for phone/email support throughout the week as needed.

Requirements:

*Valid Licensed APRN

*Valid liability insurance

*Less than 6 points on driving record.

*Must have valid Driver's license and insurance

*Satisfactory results of pre-employment background checks.

*Some Eating Disorder experience preferred but not required
