Enterprise Properties is Hiring an IT Manager Near Omaha, NE
- Lead the IT department's operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
- Manage 4-5 direct reports
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals and Office Automation equipment
- Benchmark, analyze, report on and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
- Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
- Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
- Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing and service provision.
- Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer and consultant contracts and service agreements.
- Establish and maintain regular communications with the organization's executives, department heads and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.
- Perform regular visits to all facilitates, including Omaha, Kansas City, and Texas.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field required.
- Previous experience working within IT at an engineering firm or manufacturing facility.
- A minimum of 6 years related experience with progressive levels of responsibility required.
- Must have solid time management and prioritization skills.
- A minimum of 2 years recent experience working with an ERP system.
- Experience with Sage Products, Python, Dynamo, Revit and/or BIM360 is preferred, but not required
