Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure accurate preparation and reconciliation of job cost data in order to create weekly cost reports for projects.
• Compose, review, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management functions.
• Perform cost and ratio analysis to improve profitability.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.

• 4 years of construction accounting experience.
• Construction software and job costing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
