We are seeking a talented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our online sales platforms and driving growth through digital marketing strategies.

Job Summary:

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels, including eBay, Amazon, and other online platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth through effective e-commerce strategies, product listings, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on eBay, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to product listings.
• Manage returns and provide excellent customer service online to address customer questions and concerns.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback to maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure accurate inventory levels and availability on e-commerce platforms.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates to optimize sales and minimize stockouts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and new opportunities in the ITAD industry.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
• Create compelling product descriptions, images, and content to enhance product listings and attract potential buyers.
• Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with platform guidelines.
• Create and manage product photos to ensure high-quality and appealing visuals for online listings.
• Track and analyze sales metrics, performance indicators, and key trends to report on e-commerce performance.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding sales performance and strategies.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role, preferably in the ITAD industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience with eBay, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools and software (e.g., Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing returns and providing online customer service.
• Ability to create and manage high-quality product photos.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred.
