The role of the Project Management Manager is to manage project staff to plan, execute and close projects per the customer expectations, deadlines and maintain budget. Planning resources and coordinating the efforts of all pertinent resources to deliver projects. Define the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Continuous customer updates and effective communication via phone, onsite meetings, and email. Meet with other departments and work with and challenge customer focused teams. Orient, train, coach, discipline and communicate Project Management strategies and company objectives. Implement PM staffing strategies and develop collaborative relationships across the company.
