ASTIVA HEALTH INC is Hiring a Software (.NET) Developer Near Orange, CA

Job Title: Software (.NET) Developer
Target Compensation Range: $90,000-$110,000/year, depending on level of relevant qualifications and experience

SUMMARY: Astiva Health, Inc. is looking for a Software (.NET) Developer who will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that streamline operations and improve customer experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure smooth operation.
  • Help build the company’s enrollment, provider, and customer service systems.
  • Support and maintain existing software systems.
  • Adhere to coding standards, code reviews, and documentation practices.
  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degre in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development using .NET framework.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, particularly in Medicare/HMO environments.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
