The Credit Union Accounting Clerk will support financial management and operations through maintenance of accounting records and reports, as well as perform relatively simple, routine tasks within the accounting department. Essential Duties will include ITM balancing, Catalyst Daily Cash Management, Enfact, Cash Advance, Run Mobile Deposit Entry, Shared Branch Balancing, Shared Branching End of Month (EOM) Duties, EOM Mastercard Report, ATM Balancing, Mastercard Balancing, JMFA Balancing, Teller NSF SHEX Updates, Apple Pay, Zelle Balancing, Dispute Letters, Traveling Member Forms, Visa Balancing, Visa Fraud, Compromised Card Lists, Zelle Fraud, TM's/TS's, Run Mobile Deposit Entries. Efficiently monitor emails, complete required trainings, stay up to date on credit union promotions, products, and services. (Must arrive at 7:50. Thursdays rotate 9:00-6:00, open late on Thursdays). Candidates will be subject to background, credit and reference checks, along with Criteria Corp testing.
